1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Alfiya Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
2. Course access
Signup and the first lesson are free. Full access comes from a one-time payment, a scholarship approved by the academy, or a place paid for by a sponsor. Course lessons unlock progressively as you complete each lesson’s video and quiz.
3. Payments
Fees are shown in Indian rupees for Indian (+91) mobile numbers and in US dollars for all others. Payments can be made by UPI using our QR code, with a screenshot of the payment, and, once available, by card through Razorpay, Cashfree or Stripe. For UPI payments, access is granted only after an admin verifies the submitted screenshot or transaction ID. Please allow reasonable time for manual verification. A payment made for other students funds scholarship places and does not unlock the payer’s own account.
4. Refunds
Course fees are for one-time lifetime access to the video series and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Contact us at ask@alfiyaacademy.com for any payment-related concerns.
5. User conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued after successfully completing all published lessons and passing their quizzes. Certificates include a unique certificate number and a QR code for verification.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
