1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Alfiya Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Course Access

Signup is free. Access to the full paid video course requires a one-time payment. Course lessons unlock progressively as you complete each lesson's video and quiz.

3. Payments

Payments can be made through Razorpay, Instamojo, Stripe, or by scanning our QR code and paying via UPI. For QR code / manual payments, access is granted only after admin verifies the submitted transaction ID / UTR number. Please allow reasonable time for manual verification.

4. Refunds

Course fees are for one-time lifetime access to the video series and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Contact us at ask@alfiyaacademy.com for any payment-related concerns.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute course content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued after successfully completing all published lessons and passing their quizzes. Certificates include a unique certificate number and a QR code for verification.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
